Terms Of Service

Instant short message alerts that you receive on your device (e.g. Mobile, PDA, GSM modem, etc…) may be delayed during transmission, or by other causes. The accuracy and timeliness of any SMS Alert services is not guaranteed or warranted by Security Resources LLP or its dealers. Please be sure to refer to the appropriate SMS Alert terms from Security Resources Website and contact us if you have questions about specific alerts or additional terms.

Security Resources may terminate the Service at any time by giving to the other not less than four (14) days’ prior written notice of such intention to terminate.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

1. You are liable for the Charges for the Services you have applied for and incurred under your account whether the Services are used by you or someone else.

2. Charges will be calculated based on our records or, where applicable, records supplied to us by another Service Provider. In any case, such Charges will reflect the prices, payment terms and such other charges as notified to you in advance.

3. Recurring Charges apply for the full period to which the Charges relate.

4. We will send you a bill at quarterly/annually intervals more frequently if your usage exceeds or is likely to exceed a preset limit. However, you agree that we may send you bills at such intervals as we deem appropriate. All Charges are due as soon as the bill is issued. Each bill must be settled by the payment date set out in it. Unless otherwise stated in the bill or elsewhere, all Charges are payable in Singapore dollars. In the absence of fraud or manifest error, subject to paragraph (e) below, we may rely on each bill as conclusive evidence against you of the accuracy, completeness and truth of all matters stated therein. You are responsible for paying all Charges without any counterclaim, deduction, set off or withholding whatsoever.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Security Resources LLP shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your using the SMS Alert services.

OBLIGATION TO INFORM

You will have to inform us of any change in your particulars, including but not limited to billing address.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We shall treat your personal information as confidential. By signing our application form, however, you have given us your consent to use your personal information for lawful purposes, including but not limited to, providing assistance to law enforcement or other government agencies, to our research companies, for joint promotional activities, for managing bad debt and preventing fraud; otherwise kindly inform us in writing to withdraw your consent.

INDEMNITY FROM YOU

You shall indemnify us against all claims that anyone threatens or makes against us relating to your use of our services or due to your breach, negligence or omission.

TRANSFER

You may transfer your rights under this Agreement with our written consent. You will have to enter into a transfer agreement and settle all outstanding charges. We may, at any time, amend or delete any of our terms and conditions and/or our tariffs and price plans and/or withdraw, suspend or change any of our services. We will give you notice (which may include advertisement, statements, letters, by posting on our website or such other forms as we deem appropriate) of such changes. Such notice shall state when the changes will take effect and if you continue to use the service after such date, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
