SMS Alert
SMS Alert is a 24 hours central alarm monitoring service, that delivers critical alarm information in the form of Short Message Service (SMS). SMS Alert uses SMS messages, a fast and interactive way, to notify our user on every alarm event. The alarm SMS messages can be sent to a set of pre-defined mobile number. Users currently subscribed to other alarm monitoring services without SMS forwarding capability may also sign up for SMS Alert. Both services may operate at the same time.

Terms & Conditions
1. Excess usage charge of $0.50 per block of 10 SMS applies after free monthly usage.
2. Minimum subscription period of 3 months is required before termination.
3. No refunds will be made upon termination of service.
4. Security Resources shall not guarantee that SMS Alert will work with the subscriber’s alarm panel/hardware.
5. Security Resources shall not hold responsibility should SMS Alert fail to work with customer’s alarm panel/hardware.
Security Resources shall not be liable for the accuracy and timeliness of any SMS Alert service. Please refer to out Terms of Services for more details.
Promotional period are subjected to changes. All promotional subscription required a minimum subscription period of 12 months. The full amount of 12 months price will be charged to customer’s bill when service activated.
